The purpose of this study is to describe the problems of revenue management at SMAIT Nur Hidayah and its alternative solutions. This research employed a qualitative field approach. The primary data consisted of observations and in-depth interviews with school principals and finance staff, while secondary data were obtained from educational billing documents. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman technique through the stages of data presentation, data reduction, and meaning-making. The results of this study indicate that revenue management problems at SMAIT Nur Hidayah are caused by the lack of diverse payment systems that facilitate users and the absence of strict sanctions for users who fail to fulfill their payment obligations. Alternative solutions to these problems include: (1) implementing a gradual arrears repayment system, (2) providing a bundled payment package system with certain benefits, (3) developing and maximizing digital financial services (fintech), (4) establishing a system to anticipate negligence, and (5) imposing strict sanctions on violators of rules or agreements.
