Abstract

The quality of educational institutions can be observed through the management system and management functions implemented within these educational organizations. Educational institutions continue to be a major topic of public discussion because they play a significant role in shaping students’ character through teaching and learning activities. The character of Indonesian society is positively influenced by various fields and interactions, which are closely related to the quality of educational institutions within a nation and state. This study employed a qualitative method using a literature review approach, in which the researcher examined various books, journal articles, and other sources from print and electronic media. Effective and high-quality management applies management principles that include POAC: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Educational Management must also be capable of building quality-oriented and goal-directed education so that education in Indonesia can continue to improve and produce intellectually capable generations.
